Deconstruction Simulator has just received a release date by its developers, Games Incubator, of September 23rd, 2025.
In Deconstruction Simulator, you’ll step into the boots of a demolition worker tasked with carry out professional-grade destruction using anything from basic tools to heavy-duty machines. It’s almost like teardown meets house flipper.
The game will feature over 40 contracts, each of which feature unique buildings that are ready to be demolished, but the game also requires more than just demolishing buildings, as you’ll also need to salvage furniture and materials which can be sold, providing you with funds to expand your demolition business.
The developers also state that the destruction system was built from the ground up specifically for the simulator, making it feel like you’re actually demolishing a building or item.
