Microsoft Flight Simulator is coming to PlayStation 5

Microsoft has been releasing more and more of it’s games on other platforms such as PlayStation recently, and the newest title is Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, which will officially release December 8th, 2025.

The release will feature all of the 125 aircraft already included in the PC and Xbox versions, and the simulator will have specific support for the DualSense PlayStation controllers, with the triggers responding to different speeds and ground surface types. Additionally, ATC will play through the controller speaker.

PS VR2 owners will also be able to experience VR in the simulator, with PSVR support coming with a free update in 2026.

Last but not least, coinciding with the PS5 launch will be the Supersonic Boom demonstrator XB-1.
