The Highlands Fishing DLC for Farming Simulator 25 is quickly approaching, with the release date set to be on the 4th of November 2025. Since the release date was announced, we’ve seen lots of previews from Giants software, including the map, cattle, and fishing mechanics.
In addition to those previous previews, Giants have also been providing weekly fact sheets, and you can find our previous coverage on these here. This post covers this week’s newest machines covered, one of which is the new cargo vessel.
Lizard Cargo Vessel
First up we have the Lizard Cargo Vessel. This is the cargo vessel players of the DLC should be able to drive, and will allow for offshore fishing. It has a base price of $275,000 and a max speed of 20 kph/12mph. It’s currently unknown if any upgrades will be possible to this ship, but given the fact sheet, it seems unlikely.
Grimme Varitron 470
We then have the Grimme Varitron 470, which is a Harvester that for Potato and Onions. It will have a base price of $526,000, with a top speed of 30 kph/18 mph. It also features a 338 kw/460 hp base engine, with a 600 liter fuel tank.
Bunning Series 200
Last, but not least, we have the Bunning Series 200. This trailer has a base price of $46,000, and can carry just about every crop you could need to transport.
