Players of Euro Truck Simulator 2 have been asking for a rework of the UK for a long time now, as it’s one of the oldest parts of simulator dating back to the game’s release, and that map was actually from UK Truck Simulator, making it even older.
News on a UK rework has been pretty quiet from SCS, although it looks like players might finally be getting what they’ve been asking for, as a new video was just posted to the SCS Software YouTube channel, appearing to tease the rework.
Notably, the video has also been posted to their blog, where one of the tags is “Work in progress“, which seems to seal the deal that this in fact a UK rework.
There isn’t any further news at the moment regarding which areas of the UK will be reworked or when, but we suspect it’s still some time away. We’ll be sure to bring you the latest when it’s posted.
